Although it might not fully explain the low activity, vigorous exercise could have contributed to some people avoiding the virus this year, according to survey results from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Approximately 4,800 survey participants were asked how many hours of vigorous exercise they do each week, including activities like running, fast cycling or competitive sports. Researchers concluded that at least 2.5 hours of vigorous exercise a week could reduce the chance of having a flu-like illness. That translates to nearly 100 cases of flu per 1,000 people prevented with exercise , according to the BBC. “Although many people have dodged the flu bullet this winter, flu can occur at any time, so taking advantage of the better weather is a great opportunity to get out and get fit to ward off flu this spring,” Dr.

Emergency Exercise Will Empty Public Buildings Wednesday

The first one is that we have quite a number of plants that are undergoing planned maintenance works. The second one is that one of our plants at Aboadze is undergoing andwe need to put the gas turbines off creating a deficit of about two megawatts. The third reason is that we have had very erratic supply of gas from Nigeria over the past couple of weeks and that has affected our operations. In a related development the Energy and Petroleum Minister, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah is expected to leave for Nigeria for talks on Gas supply. Currently, there is a shortage in the supply of gas from Nigeria to increase power production.

Indefinite load shedding exercise to officially start on Wednesday

— On Wednesday, March 19th 2014, Hendry County Emergency Management, incooperation with Southwest Florida Safety Consulting, Inc., will be conducting a liveevacuation exercise of the School Board, Judicial, and Administrative buildings in theHendry County p90X3 workout Courthouse Complex, 25E Hickpochee Avenue, LaBelle, Florida. Theexercise is in response to a test of the written evacuation plan. In the event of anemergency that would require the evacuation of the building(s) for the safety of theemployees and public, the written plan gives direction on how to accomplish the task.
